Web pages are easily constructed. My 12 year old nephew does it all the time. He can even send links of it over email! Why don't you post it then? Better yet, why are backing down from posting your userid and password to that grand ETrade account of yours? Surely a master like you know that you can changed your ETrade trading password to a separate word from the login account to protect people from trading on it.
