Romarco R-tse better watch opening, NR yesterday after close funding Tullaree for $10 to jv e-commerce acquisitions and ventures. Tullaree been halted since Jan5th, so likely the fisrt acquisistion(s) already figured out. This will likely be a well thought out deal because Romarco management are extremely careful in their appraoch. Romarco also has about another $12 million or so of financial assets in the shares they own of Franco Nevada on the sale of their property in Nevada to them.
