You have commented that Lehman Bros. and the other holders of the convertibles have not been shorting against their position. So I do not quite understand how this factor is holding the stock price down as it did with VLNC and WSTL. From my review of the past year of news releases by SNRS it seems that the bears feel that their procedure will only provide temporary improvement for hyperopia and that they do not have enough long term data. Obviously the large naked short position indicates that many hold this view. I was wondering if your research on the fundamentals (beyond the pending FDA approval) has indicated that a more positive outlook for this technology is warranted, or do you see this only as a short term trade on a short covering rally? I have accumulated a fair size position and am considering adding more today. Steve
