The only other one I can offer is CAKE - the Cheesecake
Factory. Maybe a bit more Lynch than Buffet to some but
I see inevitable growth over the next 5-10 years from 33
restaurants to a couple hundred. Demand at these restaurants
is unbelievable. Management delivers steady growth while
resisting temptation to build 1000 restaurants overnight.
CAKE restaurants do more business per unit than any other
restaurant chain.

I'll throw out DFS - yet again. It's funny that I haven't
bought it - yet, though I periodically pound a table with
it. Now it's lower than ever before. What's the problem?
Their inventory software which was being upgraded
last year is screwed up. Presumably, it's a big screw
up - I heard other companies having similar problems
with similar software. Of course, it also may be that
nobody's buying them collectible toys anymore...
