Federalizing the criminal code: yet another horrendous trend nobody talks about.

Overturning Roe means throwing it back to the states, and it is unlikely that the Supreme Court will supercede the traditional right of states to define homicide.

I misunderstood. I think there is a fair chance that Roe gets overturned if a litmus tested supreme court is constructed by the next president. But you're right, they cannot declare what is considered murder.
