Jim, Not for nothing but I never mentioned Marconi & CS in the same sentence. I have though always maintained that CS had improving fundamentals, might spinoff Aprisma and considered a takeover as icing on the cake.

I think you nailed it. All I know, is patient investors will end up with a hell of more now, then if they were bought out.
