Gary, Nope, not following you, but perhaps we both are interested in same sorts of stocks. Surprised your numbers are different, as I am reading from the prospectus. They would have to reregister to change the terms. I hope you are right about 26.5 M shares (vs. 23 million in the prospectus). We will get an allocation of 200K or so, much less than we want. We have been steadily increasing our 3Com stake startin at about $35. I think we will see $100.
