Gabe, I heard they paid around $150,000 when i360 was just in the planning stage...early last year.

My understanding is they were free as a finders fee for putting the parties that eventually became i360 together. Give Bill Morton a call at the company to confirm. His number is at the bottom of yesterday's press release, posted recently on this thread. I sold all my shares a couple of days ago. While I like the i360 stake, I haven't been impressed with management's ability to make things happen for shareholders. May get back in at hopefully lower prices if the picture firms up.
