Duker,

I'll only say "kinda" because capacity is being filled as fast as they can put it in place at present. The question is of course, when they go over the demand line. Also, I hope they are looking at actual demand instead of what UMC does in their capex. I do not wish for a capacity rollout and crash afterward simply so TSMC execs can pound their chests and claim dominance in capacity/sales etc. If this turns into a tit-for-tat war between foundry players, it could end badly.
