I haven't received the annual report yet. Charter and ATT flipped their services in St. Louis, the Dallas-Ft. Worth area and a few scattered places. The license agreement, I thought, was resolved several months ago. It was discussed here on the thread.
Levy, you say you have a copy. What does it say?
