Universal Media Holdings, Inc. Announces Installation Date of 'Ship Egis' System CARLSTADT, N.J., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- James Neebling, President of Universal Media Holdings, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board: UVTF) announced today that the Company's subsidiary, E-Trans Logistics, has scheduled late April 2000 for the installation of the "Ship Egis" tracking system. The "Ship Egis" software will allow the sender, the carrier and the recipient to know at a moment's notice where the shipment of goods is en route, thereby enabling all parties to schedule appropriate delivery times, thus minimizing delays and costs and improving equipment utilization. In other news, James Zimbler, Chairman of Universal Media Holdings, Inc., announced that the Company has entered into a letter of intent to sell one of its subsidiaries, Universal Sportsfield, Inc., and has received several bids for two of the Company's other subsidiaries, Dogtown Productions and www.WorldofIndie.com. While negotiations are in the preliminary stages, Mr. Zimbler feels confident that the two sales will be completed. The sales will enable management to concentrate its resources on making Universal Media an E-logistics company and, with the additional equity, enable the Company to locate and acquire other companies that will complement the present core of companies.
