I was thinking, if we could find out who's buyin control, we could interest them in registering a website called something like "promoter.com", provide a database listing all the players.
we could then link all the plays each of them are and have been involved in.
We could then charge membership annual fees for access.Investors could due DD on the "people involved in a stock before buying.
We take it public and clean up.
Our "feature of the week", could highlight the "D's!

Mike, the value of a shell on the CDNX is about $150K... same cost (approx) of starting a JCP on the CDNX. An RTO (reverse take over), is the typical approach when a private Co has something to take public - in a hurry. If all the ducks are in order, 4 months is typical. If the ducks aren't in order, a year isn't unusual.
