4finger, you're right about CB having laid the ground work for this turnaround and I'm glad to see someone fair enough to give some credit. And he probably deserves the most credit for stepping aside when it was clear CS would never be taken seriously on Wall St with him as CEO. That couldn't have been easy for him to do. A year or two ago when I used to post here more often, my model for CS was UIS, in fast forward. And Unruh at UIS never got credit for his work, the stock taking off with his resignation and never looking back.
