Maybe it was part of a scheme to bring down the DOW and make AG feel better? :-) Put a company in the DOW that's being sued by the government and watch the index go down! Just a thought.
I own some MSFT, but have sold some MAR 95 covered calls.

I dunno, look at the rest of the DJIA. With few exceptions, MSFT doesn't look too bad by comparison.
