AMDI, fellow holders. AMDI, reverse merger rumor.

I spoke to the company. They have been approached by numerous parties recently. As of today; they do not have anything definitive with any one particular group.

The great thing about AMDI:

1. They are fully reporting.
2. No long term debt.
3. No debentures
4.They have $165,000 dollars in the bank.
