Why then such an anemic reaction by the market and analysts on this rather momentous product release? Especially when McGinn blamed delays with OC-192 for their poor quarterly result? This announcement should have been good news for LU on a going forward basis if the analysts actually really believed that the OC-192 was the real culprit behind the missing revenues?
