NO it is all the bull NDB has been doing for months not even counting the slowness and ineffective website complains. People are so sick and tired of placing a market or a limit order and waiting forever to fill which only results in calling raising sand and get nothing but excuses. National Discount Broker has stated they take everything goes through NITE and are NOT GOING TO CHANGE!!! I have to absorb any cost for going around NITE plus I have to name the market maker. NITE advertises on CNBC about quick execution of trades ? YEAH RIGHT!!! Since NDB has cut a deal with NITE you flat out cannot get filled and the price if you are buying always seems to go up and always seems to go down when you are selling when you place the order. Almost as if they have your account tagged. Examples of what it is like to be a preferred customer with NDB and I do not think SI is in good hands either or is SI going to change what has been going and stil is: On January 18, 2000 a transfer of my nephew?s ****P was suppose come into my account!!! My nephew faxed a letter of transfer to NDB. Later NDB transferred 104 of my **** from my account into my nephew's account where the 104 ****P was on my nephew?s signed letter / request that did NOT have my signature. I had to call and raise cain by which NDB put my **** back in my account but left the ****P in my nephew's. Now another request was submitted today because NDB stated my nephew canceled the transfer when in fact my nephew never even called NDB or contacted them in any way! By the way it is now February 17, 2000 and this simple DTC transfer that is suppose to take 3 days has still not happened except that we are back to exactly where we were one month ago . I have had an ACAT for over 9 Months trying to get ****P from B**** C****. I have been told I canceled it when I called to complain about it taking so blasted ever to get the ACAT done. Oh and to date it has not been done yet. February 17, 2000 Placed order a limit order at 10:33.54 AM for 30,000 shares of **** at the ask of .035. At 10:56/33 HILL & CARR shifted to .01 bid to .06 ask and no fill or trades during this time? Canceled Order after calling NDB and was told they would make another blasted trade Dispute on my behalf. (Note: 23 minutes I waited and NO FILL / 30 minutes from last trade / 281,000 trade at the ask first minutes of trading day) Then at 11:41 they drop it back to .04 and at 12:32 it went back to .01 - .03 and then .01 x .025 so I made another order 2-$500 each at 1;58 & 1:59 and finally just canceled at 2:42 (Almost 45 minutes and NO FILL) After I canceled suddenly 100K blocks went off at the ask and the volume doubled till the end of the day with a high ask of .08. Enough is enough ? Just can?t fill ? February 16, 2000 Placed a limit order for 4000 shares at .45 on **** at 3:51:41 PM the ask was then .4 at the bell the ask had risen to .48 and no fill. Was informed MM stated I had orders in front of me. 8 minutes and Again NO FILL!!!! February 16, 2000 Placed a Market sell order on 5000 **** @ 09:40:47 when the bid was .40 at 9:55 the bid dropped to .39 executed around 9:58 and Notified at 10:01 it was executed at .39 18 minutes for market order sell. This was after talking to them and they do not want limit order and make no guarantee of fill and they mean it. Limit orders will not get filled. On February 9, 2000 I made a market buy order for 10000 shares of **** when the ask was .20 and it took 28 minutes to fill and then at .22 OH that afternoon I market order the sell and it went instantly at .205 Loss of .015 Just had enough and tired of trade disputes, excuses because it is the OTCs, orders in front of me and no way to get around NITE. This is why I am going to American Express because I have heard the same is happening on e-trade and other discount house. If paying 19.95 is going to cause a no fill or the times I am seeing, I am better off paying twice that just so I can get prompt executions. Not to mention the ridiculous long time just to do a DTC and other things. You have to call everyday to make sure things get done. Just tired of it. Gary
