Kevin, I'm still kinda new to all this but TWFC looks kinda shakey to me. This news of 2/9/20 says they are getting close to bankruptcy and the officer are leaving right and left. What I'm I missing?

T&W Financial Announces Loss of Servicing
TACOMA, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 2000--T&W Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: TWFC) (the "company") announced today that its operating subsidiary T&W Financial Services Company L.L.C. was terminated effective Feb. 8, 2000, as servicer on substantially all of its remaining portfolio of leases serviced, or about $450 million of leases serviced.

The company also announced that Paul Luke and Kenneth McCarthy had resigned from the board of directors and from their positions as vice president/director of finance and vice president/general counsel, respectively. As previously announced, the company anticipates filing a petition in bankruptcy in the near future.
