So let's see. Patel sells Silver Lake a portion of the company at 40, when the stock price was 36, granted not for long. Gives them the right to purchase more at 45, which to me would mean, this savy Silicon valley company sees big-time upside to the stock price. Then taps their knowledge to maximize the shares prices of, and make the IPO process run smoother. But the best part he recieves 200 million for the priveledge. This guy is a genius.
