Rocket - regarding your incredibly detailed analyses of what Globalstar said (and when did they know it (?)) about gateways, number of countries covered, etc. -- Were you the kid (in your 4th grade classroom) who would raise their hand and say to the teacher : "What you just said is logically inconsistent with what you previously said ..." ? (Just kidding ... ) Jon. (By the way, I was sort of like that myself).

Globalstar Northern Europe says G* service "now available" in 27 countries: globalstar.fi Andorra Argentina Austria Belgium Bermuda Brazil Canada Chile France Germany Greece Guatemala Italy Liechtenstein Mexico Monaco Nigaragua(sic) Panama Portugal Romania Slovakia Slovenia South Korea Spain Switzerland United States Uruguay The last time I looked, they had 18 countries; 12 have been added, three removed from the previous list. Added: Andorra Argentina Bermuda Chile Guatemala Mexico Nigaragua(sic) Panama Romania Slovenia South Korea Uruguay Removed: China(!), San Marino, and Vatican City hmmmmm....
