They did the same when they gobbled up Northern Telecom - now NORTEL NETWORKS I think you mean Bay Networks. Those were my pointy-hairs for 14 years (Nortel) MH

Ram: Northern Telecom was not gobbled up by the Canadians. It started out as a subsidiary of Bell Canada many years ago. It has since become Nortel and Bell Canada spun off its interest. Best wishes, Jim
