I'm certainly glad there's a forum where I can get on and say things like that last thing I said.

<<What blood sugar reading is your primary doctor
basing a diabetes diagnosis on? I've been told
the upper limit of normal is 120 first thing in the
morning before eating and 160 one hour after
eating.>>

The one over 200. That was in the hospital when I had a stomach problem and haden't eaten for several days. It was over 200. Next one was 115 after eating a large steak, fried potatoes and drinking a quart of booze mixed with 4 cans of Coke. Nurse said there was a problem as it should be higher.

I've had test after test even after I quit taking any medicine and they have always been in the lower range of normal. Same with the other dealie. Over 400 one day and 195 3 months later with no change in diet or medicine. Someone goofed.
