Opposing viewpoints are fine and should be a part of all discussion boards, but when they lead off into the same negative chatter that is based on the pure desire to harm and cause problems....then I have no time for them. I to have read all of JT posts and at first thought he may have a point. But after repeated posting that were always slanted to simply taking the side of being negative, no matter how right or wrong he was....at that point the input is no longer valid, or useful. It is beyond my belief how anyone could find this type of conversation useful to the subject at hand. The reason I always come back to SI from the other boards is that for the largest part, there are more intelligent posters here that have a real interest in posting useful information. Some of the research I have found here over the years frankly has amazed me. That is what I look for and have to believe so do most others. I do not want to sit here and wade thru a ton of posts coming from someone that has a sole interest in setting up arguments with others on the board. That is MUCH different than posting opposing ideas. It would be nice to logon here and see a list of useful posts that are on subject. Not a ton of useless posts such as the ones being generated AS A RESULT POSTS FROM ONE NEGETIVE PERSON. There is SOOOoooo much going on in the music world now that will make all of us rich if we pay attention to what is going on...it makes little sense to spend it on so much off topic nonsense. But, this thread has degraded down to a pretty low level in the past few weeks. I just felt someone needed to try to get things back on track.
