I called its investment relationship department to confirm this and following is what I was told by Anna Gralinska, the representative.
What reported in thestreet.com is correct. Silverman now has 1.5 million shares, increased from 300,000s after this exercise. Most of the high management who exercised option this time still holds more than 95% of their holding. In other words, they only exercised small amount of their holdings. The reason for them to exercise at the same time is because they only have a small window to exercise. And those options will expired next year. They have been prohibited to exercise for past two years. Finally, she told me that company is still confident about their earning forecast, the growth rate will be in middle teens.
I hope this information will make some of you sleep better.
Good Luck.
