After re-reading the secondary filing announcement, I made the error of saying the three officers will sell less than my expected number of shares. Actually, they will sell MORE than my expecation. They filed to sell 100,000 shares each last December and now they are increasing to 200,000 shares each. This may not be well received going forward since there will be expectation of their selling even more shares in the future quarters.

For now however OPMR is in a very comforatable position of being in the high growth phase of the business cycle. However, when the street senses that their growth phase may reach maturation level, their valuation will shrink to resemble that of the retail companies and not as a "technology" company which they are not. Unless, of course, they can first transform themselves to be a mix of retail and communication (when they have figured out how to leverage the U-Scan eyeball traffic) company.

Since part of their secondary proceeds will be used to expand on this new business, I feel a lot more comfortable now knowing that they don't have to borrow money to fund this expansion. They are capitalizing on the market at the right time at the right place.
