Thanks for the link. Apparently this is an example of what I was trying to get across previously. As soon as think we hit a brick wall in lithography, someone figures out a way to bust right through. This has been happening for more than two decades. Not to open up old wounds here, but we are seeing more scanners coming online from the exposure tool providers and we are seeing novel things being done (PSM, OPC, etc.) to keep the advanced lasers and next technology at bay. No one has a lock on the technology and we should assume the players will be the same and will have basically the same market shares going forward. Thanks for the link.
