Romarco R-tse near as I can figure is this. They cooked up a deal with a private company that needs a listing, so thats the basis of the Tullaree reverse takeover last news release. Romarco currently owns 6.2 million shares of Tullaree and deal is good enough that Romarco can put $10 million into it, still retain substantial ownership. Romarco holds back substantial monies for their gold exploration and currently has good gold properties plus 763,100 shares of FrancoNevada that they got as payment for the sale of their property to them.
