I don't think the July 130s are aggressive, or probably even the 140s. QCOM held up strong in the face of China news and it wants to run again. If not for China news it would probably be bumping up against 160 today. The only worry would be a crappy earnings report.

BTW, is one reason you sell leap puts to avoid tax liability in the coming year? Since you don't have to report the put sale until it is closed--put to, or expired?
