I have been using it for a while now. Basically, results depend on the kind of connection you have. Since I am in school with a T1 line, there is no noticable difference compared to land line quality. With a 28.8 connection, you have to be a little more patient and can get varied results depending on your ISP. My parents use dialpad to call me from India for free and works Ok ( for free quality, that is)
