Not including the access fee, does that mean you got a bill for $0.78? ((17*$0.84)-$13.50)=$0.78 The $13.50 rebate translates to a $1.59 rate based on 17 minutes of use. Am I missing something or has 84 cents become a stealth G*USA rate?

Maybe it's just soft rollout math. ;-)
