Applying that rule does not always work. Many made millions on Bre-X only to ride it right back down to ZERO. I remember hearing on the news an older gent in BC who rode millions of dollars of Bre-X down to ZERO, then put a bullet in his head.

Sungold is another, people held for years, some 5 years, many in major profits when it hit 19.50C now .60 cents US.

Applying that concept to OTC stocks is a recipe for disaster. Some will make it big, most won't.

Buy and hold is the best way to make great returns, but it doesn't apply to all stocks.

I never seen anyone go broke selling a stock with a profit.
