Clayton Dubilier Leads Talks to Buy Italtel With Cisco Systems By Juliana Ratner and Benjamin Wootliff London, Feb. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Clayton, Dubilier & Rice is leading a group of financial investors allied with Cisco Systems Inc. who want to acquire control of Italtel SpA, which makes network and telecommunications switching equipment for Telecom Italia SpA, people familiar with the talks said.... Cisco's involvement is needed to help upgrade the products produced by the unit of Italy's former telephone monopoly.
