PAIR made all the wrong moves while it's competition not only beat it but gobbled it up. Your attitude is exactly why mgmnt gets away with robbery; As for whining: mediocrity like PAIRs execution should be decried anywhere by anybody that can raise a voice. And I made money on these fools.

Pascoe did NOTHING masterfully. This deal just illustrates PAIR management's ineptness. THEY GAVE UP! And the people who are pissed off are supposed to just "sell our shares and go whine somewhere else"? Sorry pal. Not frickin likely. John

Larry you need to get your head out! PAIR is the worst performer among the DSL equities. Shareholder value has been destroyed by current management. The "big fat premium" did zero for shareholders and was nothing more than a ploy for management to take out the garbage ahead of an eventual sale. Shareholders would have been better served by betting on another horse, because this one, thankfully, is headed for the glue factory...
