Of course mods could be made to a traditional RTO approach whereby MMI received 51% and a whole new BOD formed with a big slinger to lead the bunch. There seems to be rumors flying around that a BIG NAME will take this to the majors. This may also help explain the delay because it would require a chit bag of paper work. PS: I have no connections within the company and I am merely pushing around food for thought. I get excited going through the possibilities. An RTO would also bring TS public (exposure exposure) and create real liquidity for those involved....setting up an easy path for a future buyout.
