I think your view of the Catholic Church is a bit outdated, especially when we start dragging the Borgias into this. I also think we short cut this comparative religion class short, before you start telling me that some of your best friends are Catholics.

Thanks for mentioning the greatness of Pope John Paul II.Not only is it deserved, I would have hated to have had you tagged a mere Catholic basher....Protestants kind of have to be at least skeptical of the Papacy, it sort of goes with the territory. The do not have to hate Catholics.....
