To be the highly touted technology that it is, some days like today Qcharts is nearly worthless....charts not loading, time outs on servers, inability to switch servers, persistent 5-30 second interruptions in data flow that happen EVERY DAY, all of which requires incessant communication via this board because phone contact is next to impossible. The main activity of the day should be trading and not waiting on Qcharts or trying to fix it's problems or trying to communicate via written messages with tech support about whatever is going on this particular hour. For all it offers I'm fast believing that this product is just not worth it at this time. Is anything MAJOR about to change to make this service what it should be....DEPENDABLE MOST OF THE TIME instead of for an hour here and there? DB
