You can see on that fork chart that in October of 1999, prices moved well below the median line and the subsequent rally never returned to the upper median line... that is weakness... prices should first just barely touch those median lines and then those median lines should repel prices very rapidly, that didn't happen... now, prices have more than challenged the lower median, it looks as if it will break that lower median after a weak rally attempt towards the central median..... those median lines should not be penetrated at all, the fact that prices moved lower and through them is negative overall.....
