They gave me a special number too but it obviously isn't as good as yours.

One trade today went well when I placed an order to sell 15 minutes before my projected target arrived, the other cost me, as I watched the chart and the options lost a dollar premium in the 20 minutes time it took to get the phone answered. It is so annoying to be watching a position you have timed beautifully eroding while the musak plays.

When including the time required to get a broker on line is the most stressful part of a trading strategy, that is not acceptable.

10 options equals $1000 lost while the little man tells you to stay in the Q.

TWE also hasn't replied to my e mail. USA brokerage here I come.

Sorry for the venting on this thread. Good luck to all who trade here. I hope the service improves. Canada needs to have people doing business here, but a thousand dollar wait for 20 minutes is not my idea of fun.
