I took a "pin money" position today in 4 of Gilder's picks. The portfolio below includes them, along with a lot of Gilder's picks that I did not pick! siliconinvestor.com If the four bombed, it would not hurt me, and the upside looks good. I will have fun following them. I am in Thousand Oaks, CA, this weekend for "Jitterbug Jam", an annual swing event. In 1937, The Marx Brothers made a movie called "A day at The Races". At the end of the movie is a great Lindy sequence, and the lead Dancer was a terrific lady named Norma Miller. Today, my 12-year-old Grand daughter, Heather will take a dance lesson from Norma Miller, who is still going strong at 80. I just had a delightful breakfast with the lady! Norma will still be teaching when your first is 12, I think!
