I've noticed the same thing, they are the major buyer. I've also noticed that a lot of exploration companies have died or changed focus over the last few years. The ones that got left behind usually have excellent properties and prospects, and when they move they move big time. I guess what im saying is that there are fewer companies out there to dilute the total amount of money going into the exploration sector.
Everybody and their brother are chasing "internet related" stocks, some of which are total "DEAD BEAT COMPANIES". Kind of reminds me of the exploration sector just after Voiseys Bay.
