You are right, and "relatively" is the operative term. Many Canadian and European equivalents do not mirror US valuations simply because they are well less known and only about 1 in 10 US investors will invest in "foreign" stocks. You would think the mutual funds would take care of this apparent opportunity. I just suggested MM to add NVTSY to his list. We'll see how they do when they show up as ADRs on the NYSE in Q2. Probably add 10% MC right there. BTW I'm about 20% in Canadian issues, nothing current for Europe but have had a few in the past that got munched. RWR
