Uh-oh, another visitor with a size problem. OX: can you chart these types? I think that there must be a nice correlation with tops and bottoms on how large a codpiece is worn by these folks.

Rarebird: ADBE is a software company, kept a float for years by the printing and graphics industry with its main line software programs being Photoshop and then Illustrator. It acquired one of the original composition software products a few years ago...Pagemaker although QuarkXPress still remains the main player.

PDF came about years ago to make documents that would maintain their integrity for viewing, between operating systems. I find it interesting this format is breathing life into ADBE.

It use to be on my radar screen as I own all ADBE's software products for the PMac OS. Of course I also own some of the software for the PC. I stopped following ADBE after it moved sideways 96-97 and dropped in 98.

I took a look at the chart this AM after seeing your post. I am amazed. The PDF reader can be obtained for free. Of course surely they are getting some increased revenue for producing a version that will work on the PalmPilot, right?

Regards,
LG

Rarebird,

I too am a Palm, ADBE and wireless afficianado. But that doesn't mean I don't believe that valuations are at these levels for no other reason that emotion continues to support buying, which is only happening because they are still going up. Until they don't any more.

Rest assured when (tech) stocks stop going up, and the (tech) market stops going up, I'll be profiting from the decline.

I went short QCOM on January 4 based on those same 15 minute charts that appear to offer no value to you...

Don't forget - as a trader all I care about is emotion, and its other people's, not mine...

Michael

I wonder if the nasty gap down today in ADBE concerns you?

The Nasdaq futures are right now performing a test of top, lets see what happens.

As I have said before, a top starts somewhere. I intend to be there when it happens. I think 900 points at 20$ per point per mini contract should reward my patience.

I've been having far too much fun shorting the SP since January; its the Nasdaq's turn soon.
