The lead underwriter is Credit Suisse and Schwab says they have some sort of relationship with them. The 50 million shares was mentioned in the press release about mid February along with the $6 to $8 range. If ICGE seriously tanks, it may have a somewhat negative impact on DVIN. After the IPO there will be a lot of total shares outstanding. The exact number has been published, but the total market cap for DVIN is projected to be in the multi billion dollar range. This is all SOP for these internet IPOs.
