I'm not at all an advocate of any Norton product, but I will run it past my tech support partner just the same.

I will try "uninstall", which, in retrospect, I did not do.

Thanks again.

AJ: (Ya, it's me again.) Uninstall didn't work. I even resorted to doing another uninstall then went and searched for all files that remained anywhere on my hard drive that were related to My Track as well as those files from the original installation date that I didn't need (such as Temporary Internet Files).

Anything I didn't need, I moved onto my Zip (in case I needed them if you know what I mean).

:-)

The boys at My Track are either overworked or not too bright, because they sent me another email saying they would send ANOTHER CD!

Jumpin' Jimminy, that will make THREE CD's. I could sell them on the black market because they aren't any good for the stock market. I emailed My Track back and said I didn't need another CD, I needed a patch.

...Let's see now. Originally installed December 9th, 1999. Still no satisfaction from the software or tech support. Need I say more.
