I have watched ML closely for two years.

I would give anything to see their stock trading confirms on Intel and the "oil patch". The same thing happened at the bottom of oil, they were downgrading everything they could get their hands on when you should have been buying.

Osha can't reiterate a BUY. It has to be an upgrade from accumulate...if he did change his opinion.

Personally I hope he has not capitulated. I am certain that when the last Bear capitulates (i.e., Bakunin, Burke, Flechenstein, et al)the Bull market is over.

Really? he was asked point blank yesterday on CNBC and he just said we have an accumulate on Intel, the interviewer questioned him again on Intel and he said Intel was brought along by the sector but not leading it. Funny he would change in less than 24 hrs.
