Allan,Spoke with John Wiseman yesterday and he seemed confident that they could pull if off. Indicated that there people who did not get involved in initial seed offering who are still interested. He said that there's was a big push to get the Korean venture going. He feels there's allot of competition in this field and it's ready for consolidation.

Allan, breaking out today, up to $1.35, present ask $1.50 bid $1.20. Something is up. Haven't seen any news though.
