Les, I don't think there is any evidence that NATO is going to bail on Kosovo. I don't know where Stratfor gets its info. In fact, Clinton is sending more troops and even trying to bait Slobo into a confrontation. My guess would be, that the bombs will start falling as soon as Clinton has to wipe another scandal off the front page. There are two possible headlines that Clinton will have to immoliate. The first will be the final Independent Prosecutors report which will mostly deal with Hillary Clinton and her crooked past. The other is the Cox Report on espionage which will make Alpha Gore and Clinton look like Benedict Arnold twins. Make no mistake about it. More war = peace is in the future in the Balkans. -John
