I little confused. It states the NT & Entrust are going to sell 1.9 million shares, then states the NT is going to sell 6.0 million share. Do you which is really correct?

If NT sell 1.9 million shares the value is $155,800,000
If NT sell 1.9 million shares the value is $492,000,000

In either case a nice drop to the bottom line.
