You don't think Intel would lie about this do you. I've even heard that Intel runs some of its business on Sun, but I hear many weird things.

I think it is precisely because we understand that Intel is NOT neutral that the offering of Sun servers, however presented, is significant.

I would imagine Intel had a hard time discussing the IDEA of of Sun servers, let alone making it public and actually offering them and running them.

While I agree with you that Intel will present their own solutions, running Sun at all, or admitting their willingness to do so, makes a powerful statement of Sun's current position.

I appreciate your post. Especially your imaginary dialogue. I'm a visual person and I can just see the Intel presentation. Thanks.
