RE: SEBL

They're coming so fast and furious these days it's hard to catch them all. I guess that's why Benioff isn't selling his shares. ;-)

Siebel, Ellison and Benioff are just selling tickets to their WWF - CRM match. Thank goodness Sun's lead nut Scotty is not a part of it all. It's all that California freeway driving in heavy traffic.

Right here Mike - just reading lately. Just a continuation of a thought...

"Siebel eFinance, Siebel eInsurance, Siebel eCommunications, Siebel ePharma, Siebel eConsumer Goods and Siebel eEnergy."

Look at these numerous markets Siebel is now branching into in search of pulling out the 'niches' of CRM revenue! I still say we are at the start of main street ... if not main street then that 'big avenue' is very, very close ;-)

My mind lately has been on when our next 'down turn' in the stock market is going to be. I am firmly 'in the camp' that the NAZ IS WHERE OUR ECONOMY IS GOING but I also realize that we can't outrun the overall stock market momentum and Greenspan forever. In preperation of the next big (temporary) downturn I've been selling my trading positions. I want to be locked and loaded - ready - for our next big 'shopping spree'. I think the market is getting a little 'greedy' right now. I would love to hear what others have to say.

p.s. I would expect a Siebel stock split announcement after the next board meeting. No, I don't know when that is. Wish I did!
